Despite being one of the most important seaports and industrial centers, and officially the 3rd-largest city of the country, Haiphong is not an annoying hassle whatsoever. Remnants of the city's old pace still remain, though, in its food-laden alleyways, away from the inevitable forces of change. Haiphong, at this very moment, is still a low tone in a vigorous time.
